If your looking for a training program that is personalized and where you have a highly qualified trainer to guide you through your workouts, then F.A.S.T. is the place for you.
All clients go through a comprehensive personal assessment and analysis prior to F.A.S.T. making any type of training recommendations and starting a training program.
Assessments are then followed up a few days later with a complete one on one fitness consultation. This consultation lays out a personal plan with realistic goals for your fitness needs. Your personal fitness plan also includes a easy to follow nutrition plan with a nutritional consultation. Training plans vary in type and in number of days per week depending upon the assessment findings and goals planning to accomplish.
Training packages include: Assessment, fitness consultation, personalized nutrition plan and nutrition consultation and 12, 18, 24, 36 training sessions with a trainer.
Cost varies depending on package that you and our director of personal training agree upon in your fitness consultation. A service quote outlining the cost of your package will be given to you at your consultation.
